1) Sample Approval.
2) Client makes 30% deposit or opens LC after receiving our PI.
3) Client approves our PP sample, and gets the testing report if necessary.
4) Client approves our shipping sample.
5) Arrange shipment.
6) Supplier arranges necessary documents and sends copy of these documents.
7) Client finishes the balance payments.
8) Supplier sends original documents or telex release the goods.
QCan You Send A Sample For Reference?
We are glad to send samples for your inspection. Samples are free, but you may need to pay the express fees.
QHow To Confirm The Quality With Us Before Start To Produce?
1) You can get a free sample and choose from it, and then we make the quality according to that.
2) Send us your samples and we make the fabric according to your quality.
QWhat's The MOQ And Delivery Time?
If the material we have stock, then no need MOQ. If not, the MOQ is according to the design, differing from 1000M per color. Delivery time is 10-15 days.
QHow Can I Get A Price Of Needed Synthetic Leather?
Please provide the thickness, backing, color, pattern, usage or pictures etc. of the synthetic leather details to us, and we will quote you a price based on your specifications.
QHow To Solve The Quality Problems After Sales?
1) Take photos of the problems and send to us.
2) Take videos of the problems and send to us.
3) Send back the physical problem fabrics by express to us.
4) After we confirm the problems (such as caused by machine, dyeing, etc.), within three days, we will draw up a satisfactory solution for you.
